These terms explain how you may use StayWindow and what to expect from the service.
StayWindow helps users monitor a shortlist of hotels, compare valid stays across flexible dates, review price history, and receive alerts when a useful result is found. StayWindow is not a travel agency, hotel, booking platform, payment processor, or provider of travel, tax, immigration, or insurance advice.
You may need an account to save hotels, run checks, manage notifications, and access your history. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity under your authenticated session. Please keep your account information accurate enough for the service to operate, especially your email address if you use alerts. You must be at least the minimum age required for valid digital consent under the law that applies to you in order to create an account.
You are responsible for the hotel URLs, dates, occupancy details, target prices, notes, and preferences you submit. StayWindow uses those inputs to query external hotel or booking pages and to organize the results for you. Alerts are informational and may be delayed, unavailable, or affected by third-party systems.
Prices, availability, room details, taxes, fees, and booking conditions come from third-party hotel or booking systems and can change without notice. StayWindow aims to surface useful comparisons, but it cannot guarantee that any displayed stay will remain available, bookable, or priced as shown. Always verify the final details on the original booking page before making a reservation.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or rate limits, overload the platform, submit unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, or use StayWindow in a way that violates third-party terms or applicable law.
StayWindow may send transactional messages such as email verification, password reset, account, support, and alert messages. You can manage alert settings in your account. Some essential account and security messages may still be sent when needed to provide or protect the service.
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and browser storage are described in the Cookie Policy. Non-essential client-side analytics run only after you allow analytics in the cookie preferences interface.
StayWindow may add paid plans or subscription features later. Any paid terms, prices, renewal rules, taxes, cancellation rights, or payment-provider terms should be shown before you purchase. StayWindow does not currently process hotel bookings or hotel payments.
The StayWindow product, interface, software, copy, visual design, and branding are protected by intellectual-property rights. Hotel names, booking-page content, prices, and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. You receive a limited right to use StayWindow for its intended purpose, not ownership of the product.
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, compliance, product improvement, or third-party platform constraints. You may stop using the service at any time and can delete your account from the account security area.
StayWindow is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or that every supported hotel page will remain compatible with the service.
To the extent permitted by law, StayWindow is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, missed bookings, travel disruption, third-party website changes, or decisions made solely in reliance on displayed results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the StayWindow operator is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your place of residence in the European Union or European Economic Area.
